FAQ

  1. What makes your products different? All ingredients are functional, natural, developed in Austria, designed to be easily ingested, easily digested, and easily combined (hydration support product coming soon).

  2. Is Rock it. Fuel really sweet? No. We chose ingredients that reduce sweetness.

  3. Why do you use galactose? It's a well-tolerated carbohydrate and reduces the reliance on fructose, which some people are sensitive to. Galactose also improves fructose absorption.

  4. Why should I buy your products when I can make my own? Our products are lab-tested, and created to support shelf-life, consistency, ingredient concentration, flavour, texture, aroma, and digestion. We don't aim to be average.

  5. Is Rock it. Fuel only for marathon running? Rock it. Fuel is good for cycling, it's a good fuel for trail running - a good gift idea for a runner or any other endurance athlete.

  6. Is Rock it. Fuel only for elite athletes? No, everyone can benefit from proper sports nutrition that reduces the strain of exercise and promotes recovery.

  7. Do I need to fuel for a half marathon? The longer you run beyond an hour the more important fuelling is. So, for most people, we recommend sipping Fuel in your warm-up and it would be good to take on Fuel at regular intervals in the race.

  8. How do I practice fuelling for a race? In training, it's good to gradually increase the amount of carbs that you take, so that you can develop carb tolerance and confidence in your carb fuelling strategy. Some athletes can take very high doses, around 100 grams per hour.

  9. Can I make a wholesale order? Yes, if you represent a sports team, or a sports store, etc. please feel free to contact us with your specific request.
