All shipments are processed and delivered by Austrian Post.
Shipping rates are determined by the destination (and in some cases by the weight of the package). For standard shipping, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Other EU Countries: €15.00 (up to 10 kg)
For parcels above 10 kg, please contact us for confirmation of shipping costs. -
Switzerland, Great Britain and Northern Ireland: €15.85
For packages exceeding 2 kg:

2-4 kg: €28.00

4-10 kg: €50.00

For shipments to destinations outside the EU or if you're unsure about the shipping costs, please contact us first to confirm the possibility and cost of shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used food products.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or expired product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide a refund or replacement. In such cases, the cost of shipping is covered by us.
